How to Avoid Additional Fees

01. Keep Track of the Rental Period

Each standard rental includes a 7-day period. If your project needs more time, we offer easy extensions at $10 per day or $300 per month. To avoid automated extension fees, ensure your pickup is scheduled before your week is up. (Commercial accounts are charged differently, on 30-day periods.)

02. Know Your Weight Limit

Your quote includes a specific tonnage allowance. If your debris exceeds this limit, an overage charge of $110 per ton applies. This is most common with heavy materials like shingles, dirt, or concrete, so keep an eye on what you're tossing.

03. Avoid Overloading

For the safety of our drivers and the community, debris must be level with the top of the container. If items are overflowing or hanging over the sides, we cannot transport the load, resulting in a $150-$350 trip fee.

04. Keep the Path Clear

To avoid a $150-$350 trip fee, please ensure our truck has a clear, unobstructed path. On your scheduled day, move all vehicles, equipment, or low-hanging obstacles that might prevent our driver from reaching the container.

05. Check for Specialty Items

Certain materials, like tires, mattresses, or appliances, require special handling or are not accepted at the landfill. These items are not covered by the standard disposal fee. These surcharges range from $25-$200 per item depending on the material.

06. Review Prohibited Materials

Disposing of hazardous, toxic, or flammable items is a violation of rental terms. To avoid significant fees, please keep paints, batteries, and chemicals out of your dumpster.

07. Manage Cancellations Early

If you need to cancel your order after the dumpster has already been delivered, a $150 trip fee is applied to cover the cost of removing the empty container. Notify us as soon as possible if your project plans shift.

08. Commercial Account Terms

Please note that commercial accounts operate on a different schedule, typically billed on 30-day periods. If you are managing a long-term job site, refer to your specific commercial agreement for unique rental and fee structures.
